Omstrukturering och ökad förädling hos Bergs Timber. Efter att under hösten ha sett över sina sågverk beslutar Bergs Timber nu att lägga ner sågningen i småländska Broakulla och estländska Savi. Istället satsar man tre miljoner kronor på ökad vidareförädling och logistik i Broakulla samt tio miljoner på ökad produktion i Estland. Bergs Timber har tidigare aviserat om nedläggning av Gransjö sågverk. Likaså har produktionen, som en effekt av den pågående coronakrisen, minskats vid övriga svenska sågverk och vid bolagets vårt estniska sågverk.
